Liz is doing such a fantastic job on OUAT. No kidding, right now she's the main reason for me to watch this show. Her acting is outstanding.

That's great to hear! I'm glad she made such an impression with her portrayal.
And getting fandom love again - I don't think she was lucky on that front while on Revolution.

I've never watched Revolution so I don't know about that but I watched her on Lost and V. On both shows she did a great job. So when I heard that she would be on OUAT I knew she would be (one of) the highlight(s) of the season. Seeing her play a more villain-esque part is so much fun and it kind of makes me wish that LOST had done something similar with Juliet as well.

jette_, if you enjoy Liz so much in a more villainesque role, you should absolutely check out a movie she did called Running Scared. She was absolutely terrifying and creepy in that one.

I second Alex's recommendation. It's impressive to see her play a character like that - she will make your skin crawl. Very neat performance.

I've madly loved Juliet, but wish the two main characters she played after her, Erica and Rachel, didn't follow such a similar path - good women forced to do bad things to keep the people they love safe. It was refreshing to find out that Once Upon A Time would dare more with her character's sanity and morals and (probably) stay away from an eventual redemption.

I haven't seen tonight's episode, but judging from the reactions on Twitter,
Spoiler:
Is that true?

I'm very interested to hear how you feel about the end that OUAT gave her. I, for one, am not entirely happy about it.

Ah, thanks. So they did sort of redeem her in the end.

Of course the show would make me swallow back the infamous last words.

Now that her character's arc has wrapped I can do a super catch-up - I'll let you girls know what I think of the resolution they gave her. I'm already a bit bummed because it looks like they had to sweeten the pill at all costs, even if it was just at the end.

I saw this at TVLine.com:

Quote:
Performer of the Week: Sarah Paulson

...

HONORABLE MENTION | Conceal, don’t feel? Not a chance. As Once Upon a Time‘s Snow Queen, Elizabeth Mitchell gave Storybrooke the cold shoulder for much or her stint, ultimately casting the Spell of Shattered Sight to bring out the very worst in these mostly good people. But when Ingrid was faced with proof that Gerda, the sister who epically scorned her, ultimately had a change of heart, Mitchell delivered a sweeping, emotional “death bed” performance. “All I wanted was to have my sisters’ love — and now I do,” she gushed, her “happy ending” in hand. Yep, in her final moments, Mitchell’s ice queen thoroughly melted us.

It's nice to see Elizabeth getting recognized for her work again.
