I wouldn't be surprised if no show gets a board next month. I think I'm also giving up hope for TWD to ever get a board. It's such a shame too because the show is so popular everywhere else, but I guess the material is still too adult/mature for the majority of posters here.

Yes, that's true

I don't think it will ever get a board. But GoT is even more adult/mature than TWD and it got a board. But I guess it's because it's even more popular than TWD.

Doesn't a campaign thread have to have at least 100 supporters listed for the campaign to have a chance at getting a board?

Yes, it has lots of gore too. I guess it's because they are not into the zombie/horror genre

No, it's not technically 100 anymore, it's around there, but they do want a fair amount of people to have voted. I was looking at the campaign threads and the biggest supporters list is Parenthood's (132) but it ended up in 4th place. The 2nd biggest is Rookie Blue with 83 so if they want something close to 100 no show will get a board anytime soon

Do you know if the rules are different for the celebrities poll? I'm curious because there are so many months where no celebrity gets a board.

I've just seen the latest episode of 'Homeland'. Claire Danes is so amazing as Carrie.

But then the whole cast is fantastic.

If 'Homeland' doesn't get nominated for a 'Best Ensemble' award at the upcoming SAG Awards show, I'm going to be pissed.

I don't think that's the case. Alexander Skarsgard's campaign has over 160 supporters and Angelina Jolie's campaign has accumulated over 10000 posts already. I think this is more of a case of people slowly giving up when they see that months go by without any new boards being added at all. The rules have become too strict.
