She truly was. I loved the first one but the second one was easily the best!

The only good thing about the third was that EM was in it. I hated the Jack Frost storyline.

I haven't seen them in a long time. Elizabeth was a highlight in the two movies. I like the first one even though she's not in it.

I liked both the first movies of the series, they were great fun. The third instalment was a huge mess, though. It felt forced and didn't have the spark of the predecessors.

They've been a Christmas tradition of mine since they came out way back.

I agree that the 3rd one felt forced. And Martin Short just ruined that movie for me.

The first two are magical for sure though

Thanks for opening this thread, Ron. I loved the Santa Clause movies. Liz's character was lovely and I thought she and Tim played off of each other very well. I know I have mentioned it before, but I would still like to see Elizabeth do a guest spot on Tim's new show for old time's sake.

Agreed. The first 2 movies were adorable, but it was painfully obvious that Disney only did the third film to cash in on the success of the first 2 installments. They didn't have a worthwhile story to tell anymore.

I really try to forget the 3rd one exists. There was no magic in it the way there was in the first two. And like you said they just wanted to cash in on the success of the others. Which is exactly what the storyline was for the third one which was stupid on so many levels.

And of course nothing against the actors- it was just sloppy story telling.
