And Instagram is very low-maintenance - much more than Twitter, where people keep pestering you for fan interaction or complain if you go without posting for some time.
Chris Hemsworth never was into social media, either, but was candid about the fact that he started using them for promotional purposes. Maybe if Liz has some relevant role in a new gig she might go for that, too. __________________

Josh taking selfies is something I'd have called a miracle 5 years ago. Or an hallucination.
I'm not sure if Chris posts all the tweets himself - at first I was sure he didn't, but the way he uses Instagram is starting to make to reconsider how well he handles tags and other details like that. His account shares a lot of retweets, too, and those are so easy he wouldn't need help for that, anyway. __________________
