A few guest stars did get to play nice case-of-the-week roles, though - Linda Cardellini for instance got some interesting dramatic stuff - so who knows, maybe they could come up with something good for Liz, too.
I've never watched an episode of POI, but I figured that it probably isn't anything special because of it's procedural nature. It still would be nice for Liz to make a guest appearance on there just to see her and Michael on-screen again, but there's a part of me that thinks Terry would be more likely to appear on this show.

The procedural part wouldn't bother me if they did a better work at building up the mythology. It's taking forever to spread some seeds of that. (or should I said, it was taking forever - haven't watched the most recent episodes so I can't judge those )

My main issue with the series was the dialogue, though. Pretty trite/soporific.

Yeah, Michael and Terry are still mentioning each other in interviews and that show they were supposed to do together, so that's a possibility. And H50 and POI are on the same network.

TV guest appearances require minimum commitment and help keep an actor in the audience's mind, so I believe if they made a offer to Liz she would seriously consider appearing on Michael's show.

Aww, Ben's look of utter surprise/shock there. For that one moment, he did look adorable.

Me too. The Ben/Juliet dynamic was one of my most favourite relationships on the whole show. Liz and Michael played off of each other incredibly well and it still pains me that it was never really acknowledged because everyone and their mother was so in love with Terry and Michael. Don't get me wrong, Terry and Michael had fantastic on-screen chemistry but Liz and Michael were in no way inferior to them.

Me, too. The whole sequence was great and it gave us our first look at Juliet and the community of The Others.

You know, I don't think I'll ever understand why season 3 of Lost got so much hate. Was it a perfect season? Of course not. It includes one of Lost's worst episodes ever (SIASL) and there were a couple of other missteps along the way (e.g. the failed introduction of Nikki and Paolo), but we still got some wonderful character-driven episodes that year. With the start of season 4, the show became more and more plot-driven and the story more and more outlandish and the overall quality suffered for it.

Yes, there were some great episodes in season three. I don't have a favourite season. There were great and not so great episodes in each season. I love the character-driven episodes.
