I remember what an impression her eyes left on me while I was checking some Lost screencaps on Lost-Media.com for the episode Left Behind. Juliet was covered in mud, her appearance was a mess, but all the dirt made her blue eyes stand out even more in the caps and I spent a few good minutes looking at them like I under a spell, lol.

You're totally right Fran, her eyes stand out especially when she's all dirty - like Juliet often is

They're so luminous I always notice them first whenever I'm looking at pics of her, they just draw you in

The title of this thread is very true, you just can't look away when you have Juliet starting at you. And Elizabeth has gotten hugely praised for the range of emotions she can convey with just one look.

Liz can definitely act everyone else out of the room with just her eyes

She can do everything from the intimidating stare right down to a broken woman and she doesn't have to say a thing.

Ohhhh i had the same impression! I was so impressed and hypnotized by her beautiful blue eyes

Which helped in many Lost scenes where the dialogues were very short, or there was no dialogue at all.

Exactly

There are so many instances where we only got to see a glance or a look from Juliet, and we (and the other characters) knew exactly what she was saying. Or even in tiny little moments after Juliet has had a conversation on interaction with someone, and you see the look in her eyes after the other person turns away - there's always something else there that she's telling us that she doesn't want anyone to see.
