I'm going to assume you're joking, since there has been nothing on-screen to suggest that Bonnie & Alaric will become a couple.

I honestly don't know if their relationship will turn romantic. I want to say no, but I've gotten some weird vibes in a couple of their scenes. It might just be Matt & Kat's chemistry, though.

Well, their IRL age difference isn't too massive and they've worked together for seven years, so it's really nothing to be surprised about if there is at least a semblance of sparks. On the show though it would be epically weird

^ Age difference is not a problem to me, it's their story together, which isn't so build up for many reasons
Also, now that Jo is back, I can't see Alaric drop her for Bonnie  Probably she won't last, but still, I'd find it strange, expecially with the twins in the FF Quote:
