The ep was really good last night

Stefan/Damon-They are the best, loving them more and more each ep. They have great Brotherly chemistry.

Damon&Caroline-Just don't feel it with them anymore. I di but now not so much
Stefan&Caroline-I think these two are going to end up together, I hope so. I love the look they shared on the couch. Stefan smiling at her

Damon&Elena-after this ep I am offically in love with them.

Viki-Wish she would loeave already
Matt/Stefan-Liking they are getting along.

Shocked when it turned out Damon was in love with Katherine. I thought it was Stefan who loved her

next week looks good

I think that Damon has feeling for Elena, but I don't think they are genuine. His feelings for Elena stem from his love for Katherine which I can see he still has DEEP feeling for. The way he was using his abilities against Elena was not cool. It was creepy. I'll admit that they had chemistry, heck the whole cast does, but it doesn't translate to a good relationship. Elena was clearly not interested anyway. I liked how she pointed out just like Stefan that she isn't Katherine. I don't think Damon saw the difference. Feelings or not he was playing her. With how the relationships are going with all the other females on the show I hope they don't go down that route with Bonnie or I won't be shipping him with anyone. The scenes with his brother was touching. Stefan wants so bad for his brother to change to have some humanity in him and without saying it he really loves him.


Stefan was great tonight. The whole football thing was great! The fight scene was a shocker I think Elena is still suspicious about the whole thing. I love that he might become friends with Matt. He even had a scene where he seems to have some of Damon's personality at Elena's locker. I liked how he was able to throw out all those dates. HOT was the only word I could think of in that dream scene where Elena was making out with Stefan. They're chemistry is off the charts. I loved how he is being integrated into Elena's world. So different in how Damon is pretty much shoving his way into it. What he told Bonnie was interesting. I really love how he is with Elena. They are taking it slow and are really wonderful together.

Elena was also great tonight. I'm glad she isn't trying to move forward which means quieting cheerleading. That scene with Damon was a nice scene, but nothing that Stefan hasn't really voiced before in some form. I think it's interesting how perspective she is about thing she sees. It's going to be a problem or a blessing in the future. Again I loved how she said she wasn't Katherine echoing what Stefan said in the pilot.

Bonnie was a good sport with the whole dinner situation and I'm glad she has changed her mind about Stefan. She is a wonderful person. Poor girl freaking out about the things she knew before hand especially about the numbers. Man, that would freak me out too.

Matt is awesome and although I don't want him to be back with Elena he has become one of my favorite characters. I hope he can become great friends with Stefan.

I felt sorry for Caroline and what happened to her it was freaky and scary, but she isn't one of my favorite characters. She tactless when it comes to the feeling of others around her. No one liked what she had to say when she was at Elena not even Damon.

Vicki and Jeremy are characters I'm still unsure about. The one guy who fought Jeremy, sorry I can't remember his name, is a jerk.

ETA: The necklase trick was really cool and I think orignally belong to Katherine. Mr. Tanner was a jerk too, but I'm not all for any killing

I loved that we didnt only have Elena/Stefan scenes, but also Elena/Damon, and with more people ... it was not always the same and i loved that :love: the story was obviously amazing ! So many unforgetable scenes in this one :sigh:

I don't mind Damon/Elena interaction but they're not my cup of tea.

I liked this episode more but I still feel that in general the show doesn't seem to have any sort of direction.

Elena was pretty cool tonight. She's coming into her own. I like her and Stefan. I don;t love them but I do see the attraction and chemistry.

Stefan seemed livelier tonight. His banter with Elena was cute and his scenes with Damon were as always awesome.

While I love Damon and thought Iam was great with the humanity bits. I'm not becoming invested in a killin machine so I don't think I'll be shipping him and Elena. I like them for snarky comments though. Slap was awesome. Plus his scenes with Caroline made me laugh.

Bonnie didn't interest me until the end. Now she's somewhat intriguing.

Jeremy was acting like a tool tonight and I say that as a fan. His obsession with Vicki is annoying seeing as she's clearly not worth it and his mopey and moany attitude has gotten so old.

I'm not going to like Vicki at all. She's bringing Jeremy down and her poor me attitude is old. Her and Tyler are the weakest links in an already overcrowded cast.

If they're not going to give Tyler any redeemable qualities such as being a good friend to Matt or I don't know, anything besides propping Vicki and Jeremy then let him go too.

Matt is nice. I really like him actually. He's the all around good guy and I personally would like to know why he is bff's with Tyler if he's such an ass...

Caroline makes me laugh. Her scenes with Damon were hilarious. Did he eat her or just taste or what though?

I'm kind of sad the teacher died.....

my review on last nights episode.

Stefan/Elena- I liked how Elena started to realize there was something different about him when he cut his hand on the glass. They're finally moving towards her learning he's a vampire. I just think their amazing together and i loved the scene with Stefan, Elena, and Bonnie. The hug at the end melted me to a puddle.

Damon- Well I think we all know he does have humanity left in him. He's like my favorite character though he cracks me up every time he opens his mouth. And although I am a devoted Stefan/Elena fan I did love the scene with him and her in the kitchen and the end when he was stroking her face. But when he tried to use the Power on her I remembered why I am so pro Stefan/Elena.

Bonnie- I still don't get what was with her and the 8 14 22. I guess were gonna figure that out soon though lol. I just love Bonnie and I loved the scene between her Elena and Stefan.

Caroline- Im pretty sure it was because she was so possesed by Damon but she was really witchy in this episode. When she said Elena was "much more fun to be around" idk she just annoyed me.

Matt- All im gonna say is I'm glad that he is starting to like Stefan because I love them as friends.

Tyler/Jeremy/Vickie- I love Jeremy and Vickie together and I liked the fight between Tyler and Jeremy. I hope Vickie realizes soon that Tylers an idiot because she'd be so much better off with Jeremy.

I might be way off topic but did anyone else get freaked out by Stefan's finger going back into place :eyebrow: lol

I still love Damon even though he's.....

Am I the only one who thought the ending scene with Damon and Elena was kind of... odd? He gets a good slap from her and then the next scene they're in, he's stroking her cheek while she sleeps. It seems kind of odd to me. But I am flirting with the idea of these two, or I was, anyway, until he decided to kill and feed off just about anything. I'm into the whole good girl/bad boy thing and all, but if one or both of the characters don't at least have some redeemable qualities, it makes it kind of hard to root for them. I can't imagine how they can redeem a killer, but since he is a vampire, I'll cut him some slack and see if I start to sympathize for him. He is good comic relief, though, and I almost always enjoy every scene he's in. Ian rocks this role.

Plus Damon knows that Stefan put that herb in her necklace to protect her from Damon and to be able to resist him. It was an herb right, that Stefan put in the necklace, or did I hear that wrong? :goof: :lol:

No, you're right. It was an herb, I'm pretty sure. And I see what you're saying as I'd been playing out a bunch of different scenarios in my head as well, that would justify him being there. At first, I thought he was trying to "hypnotize" her dreams again, but I don't think he'd do it that affectionately. :lol: They left it pretty open-ended, which, I guess was the point. Hopefully more will be revealed and I can start getting into these two, but it's hard to tell the point and direction in which the writers are trying to get to. :shrug:

I really liked this episode. the show is really moving along...for anyone who has read the books, I like that they are using some things from them...they are not the same, but I like the similarities...like the vervain in the necklace.
Anyone who has read the books gets the whole Katherine triangle. I like the way they brought it in tonite.
Its clear Stefan started with Elena because of Katherine, but I feel he is starting to have true feelings toward Elena, its not just the similarites between her and katherine anymore.

I loved the last scene with Damon in Elena's room, touching her face. IT shows that he still does have human feelings, although I think he still sees Elena purely as katherine. I like his character in that he is bad, evil, yet there is more to him than that. I really like seeing him be 3-dimentional. HE can be bad, yet interesting and a bit sympathetic at the same time.

Bonnie is ok. I liked her better in the books...I am tired of, "my powers, my powers!"
I think Caroline is going to be a very interesting character to watch evolve.
I like Matt, much more than I thought I would.
Jeremy and Vicki are ok. They have a decent story, and as long as they dont take up too much time, I am cool with their storyline.

BTW, that means by the way......(oh Damon, that was funny!!)

Happy to see no parents!! I hate teen shows with too many boring parents.
I was surprised they killed off Tanner already. I had hoped it would be more like the books.

really like stefan and elena pairing. they grow on me every episode. they have great chemistry. I can't wait to watch them get more involved.

I actually think the entire cast works so well together. That is a rare thing and I love it. This episode had a lot of really good character content. total thumbs up

Anyway, just wanted to say, I agree with you..I think he wants her even more after she slapped him. He knows she doesn't want him which will make him fight harder for her.. which will be interesting ;)
