People are getting dressed. Elena and Stefan. Elena looking like Katherine.

Elena saying she can't breathe. Her aunt saying to suck it up.

Damon/Stefan scene. Damon taunting Stefan about making moves on Elena. Stefan saying that he should just leave Elena alone. Damon saying to calm down because Elena is not Katherine. Elena dressed as Katherine appears before the brothers. Damon is in awe. Elena curtsies.

Anna/Jeremy scene. Anna is sad about her mother dying. She's planning on leaving town. Anna is persuading Jeremy to become a vampire. Gives him a tube of her blood. Anna wants to turn him because she wants someone with her. Jeremy says he can't. Anna disappears.

Elena/Stefan. Talking aout John. Stefan saying that he's the father. Elena can't believe it. Elena wants to repair things with Jeremy. She wants him to understand why she did it. Stefan trying to comfort her.

Caroline/Matt. Bonnie taking a picture. Tyler is there. Matt is still angry and leaves.

Elena/Jeremy. Jeremy is still angry about the whole mind erasing thing with Vicki. Elena persists and Jeremy tells her to stop. Jeremy says that something like that is not going to be easy to forgive.

Marching band shot. Parade is starting.

Float with Matt/Caroline and Stefan/Elena. Elena waves to Bonnie. Damon appears in front of Bonnie and waves to Elena. Stefan, Elena and Bonnie look not so happy.

Bonnie/Damon. Damon saying thank you to Bonnie about the device. Damon says that he owes her and to enjoy the parade.

Shot of the football team.

John/Mayor talking about the device. The device will work for a total of five minutes and has no effect on humans, only vampires. Has some high frequency sound thing. So they'll see who the vampires are. And they can take them and give them a shot of burvaine (sp?). Afterwards, they'll bring them to Gilbert's old office and finish them off.

Group of vampires. Targeting the founding families. Waiting until the fireworks start. Anna appears.

Damon/Elena scene - Damon says that she looks better as the modern day girl. Elena asks if that a compliment and he says yes. Elena brings up the fact that Stefan feels uncomfortable with their friendship. Elena asks him to stop making flirty comments and doing that thing with his eyes. Damon asks what thing, while doing it. Elena says that she hopes he won't make her regret being his friend. Elena sees Jeremy sitting at a table and goes to him.

Jeremy/Elena - Elena asks what she can do. Jeremy says that she can go to hell. Jeremy walks out.

Damon/Jeremy - Damon mocking Jeremy's feelings. Damon tells him to not treat his sister like that. They banter.

Stefan steps in. Stefan tries to explain things to Jeremy. Saying that Damon turned Vicki and Stefan killed her because she was threat to Jer and Elena. Jeremy leaves.

Damon/Stefan continue talking. Stefan saying that he's doing this for the wrong reasons. Damon tells Stefan to stop acting jealous.

John/Sheriff/Mayor - Sheriff is against this thing they're planning. John asks the mayor to leave. John hits the sheriff over the head and handcuffs her to some pole in the office.

Damon/Anna - Anna tells him that there are vampires in town ready to attack the founding families.

Group of vampires - Saying that the goal is killing not drinking their blood. So be careful about burvaine.

Damon/Ric - Damon goes to Ric asking if he has any stakes. Explains that there is a group of vampires in town.

Damon/Stefan/Elena - Damon holds Elena's hand and tells them both to get out of town because there are vampires. He's trying to save her life. Elena wants to look for Jeremy. Does so with Stefan. Damon goes to John.

Matt/Caroline - Caroline persuading Matt to talk to Tyler by talking about her and Bonnie.

Tyler/Mayor - Mayor is making him go home. Asks Tyler to take Matt and Caroline with him. They agree.

Anna/Jeremy - Anna needs to talk to him. Takes him into a washroom.

Mayor talking. Vampires everywhere - watching him speak.

Fireworks about to start.

Everyone getting into position.

Firework's a go. Mayor leaving the stage.

Bonnie hits a vampire who was following him.

John puts the device on. It still works. Damon walks in saying that he's making a stupid mistake. Thinks that the device is not working, but it does. Makes a weird noise. It takes effect on Damon, Stefan, Anna and the other vampires.

Damon goes down in the office. John injects him with the drug.

Matt/Caroline/Tyler driving the car. Tyler gets affected. Crashes the car.

Ric/Stefan/Elena. Stefan goes down while walking. Elena freaking out. A cop was coming to get him but Ric gets to him first and tells the cop to go to the other vampire.

Mayor is also down. With blood out of his ears. Cops come and get him.

Anna is in the washroom. Holding her head and crying. Jeremy asking what's happening. Cops come and get her.

Device is done. Only keeping them down is the burvaine.

All the vampires at the basement of Gilbert's old office.

John kills Anna with a stake. Pouring gas all over the basement floor with all the vampires. Damon still alive.

Stefan saying it's like needles against the skull. With Elena and Ric. Finally founds out that maybe Bonnie didn't do anything to that device. I mean why would she...she doesn't want to protect Damon and Stefan...the vampires.

Caroline/Matt/Tyler - Caroline is standing with Matt. Tyler is being looked at by paramedics. They flash some light in his eye. Something weird happens. Looks like a werewolf eye. Tyler becomes conscious while Caroline falls to the ground. Everyone runs to her.

Stefan/Elena - Can hear the vampires. Building is on fire.

Both go to John. They bicker about Damon dying. He's in there...dying...Blah.

Stefan goes to save Damon. Can't let him die like that. Elena runs after him but John stops her. He threatens saying that if she does, he'll let the cops know that Stefan is a vamp. Elena tells that he should let her go and let her save the guys because he's her father. John lets her go.

Damon sees the mayor in there. Mayor sees him. Tells the mayor he's a vamp but the mayor isn't. One of the vamps kill the mayor by snapping his neck.

Stefan goes in. Bonnie helps with her witch stuff. Says a few words while holding Elena's hand. Fire goes down a little in the building. Stefan gets Damon and gets out super fast. Bonnie stops and fire is back again. Lets the other vamps burn along with Anna.

Neither is even a regular

Elena says the supposed reason for the fire is old wiring going weird. Stefan looking for Damon and saying that he disappeared. Stefan saying that he can't help it but he loves his brother - he can't help but save his brother. With all the crap his brother does, he still saves him.

Elena saying he loves Stefan. Only Stefan. But Stefan is clearly insecure about the whole thing with DE. Elena persists that she loves only him.

Jeremy. Looking at Anna's blood. Damon goes to him. Tells him that Anna is dead. Asks J if he wants Damon to remove the pain and memories again. Jeremy says that it won't make a difference...something like that.

Damon apologizes to Jere. in his part in the whole Vicki thing.

Jeremy asks that if it's true vampires can't feel pain and that why life doesn't suck for them. Damon says it doesn't matter. Life still sucks whether you are a vamp or not. It's just that you can turn off your emotions when you're a vamp. Really great scene actually. Damon shows great emotion.

Matt/Tyler in hospital. Tyler apologizes to Matt.

Caroline in surgery because of internal bleeding.

Sheriff tells tyler to call his mother. It's about his dad.

Jeremy takes Anna's blood and takes a bottle of pills out.

Pours water and takes a pill.

Commercial.

Where's that damn kiss. I bet that's the cliffhanger.
