Even though 6x21 was more about DE. But yes, if Jolaric gets an almost-wedding, DE should get the real deal. A montage of Elena walking down the aisle, the vows, the rings and kiss.

One of my favorite episodes for sure. Yes that final minute changed everything.

And maybe (or maybe not) a wedding dance before the flashforwards. We still need Damon to call Elena "my wife" or "mrs Salvatore".

Same here, I remember Vale and I were so excited for it, we ended up with tears of happiness (and then sadness) in our eyes

That'd be great too, maybe her lending her head on his shoulder and close her eyes, and them dacing a slow dance and he says "You're so beautiful, my wife"

We were already excited about the title. Because we knew it would be somehow DE related too.

That would be so adorable. I imagine Damon saying he wants to dance with his beautiful wife. And calling Elena "mrs Salvatore" while they dance.

I would also love him to call Elena "sweetheart" or something like that. Maybe in a flashforward of their married life.
