 Still hoping we'll see Elena in 7x22. I'm so not going to read that teen.com article about (D)elena. Sexism and hating female characters to protect male character's male pain.   |

Unfortunately when it's about a love triangle M-F-M, the girl always gets the hate, not to mention people have a strange idea of what a "badass woman" has to be/do to be one
But to me Elena is far more badass than other female characters who fights and are cold-hearted 3/4 of the time for the idea Women Power! __________________

Same here.
 I may dislike some TVD characters, but I'm not obsessed with it. DE is all that matters to me, even in s7. Yep women must (apparently) kill, cheat and lie to be "badass." And emotionless. |

Yeah there isn't much left in s7.
Wake me up when they make a DE reference again. Female characters that go through hell, but remain good (and become stronger) are the true survivors/heroines. |
