Loved the Nora/Mary-Louise last scene, didn't follow their story, but this one was heartbreaking, they were true love, it has been a long time since the last death in this show affected me so much

Loving Rayna but Stefan dead again bored me... I liked a lot how Rayna talked about the supernatural connection between her and Stefan, she who hates all vampires says that she actually likes Stefan... interesting.!

Rayna is dull. I’m over this storyline now. They better have something better than this planned for next season if its the final one. Too many phone calls this season. Too much talking.

And I really dont like how dumb they are making Damon this season. He just comes off cheesey and not cool like he used to be.

Stefan and Valerie have zero chemistry and their scenes felt pretty forced to me. I realize she’s been helping him but she’s still not a great person. I think he had more chemistry with Rayna.

Really dont care about Nora and the other one. I didnt even really see what happened to them because i doze out during their scenes. glad they are gone.

All the flashbacks and present time stuff is so confusing to me. Now we are supposed to fill in the gaps from the past 3 years? WTF. It just seems like a really long time. We know Damon was in the coffin but really, Stefan and Valerie traveled around for that long? I wish it had just been a year or 2 years later, not 3.

This episode was pretty boring to me though. Like I said in my post above, just too much talking. I think they were trying to explain things but it just felt very bland.

I am really glad that ML and Nora were killed off because they had no purpose on the show after Lily had left imo.

It's a bummer we only heard Caroline's voice in the episode. She knew that Matt released Rayna but where is she???

We know that Matt released Stefan because of whatever Stefan did to Penny. (A chick we are supposed to care about after knowing her for an episode or 2? lol)

How was Valerie able to heal Damon from werewolf venom? I thought only Klaus could do that? Because she's a hybrid? IDK.

Stefan/Valerie flashbacks were boring and pointless. They have no chemistry together. But I can't blame Stefan for wanting to find love again and being on the run could be pretty lonely. It's crappy that Valerie knew about a way to transfer the scar a long time ago. But i cant really blame her for not wanting to bring Damon back into Stefan's life. I don't agree Stefan is worse without him but Stefan does do everything for Damon and it does force Stefan to put himself in danger.

I love that Damon realized he had to take the scar and save his brother, even if it was a bit late. (I am glad it didnt work though1) I can understand Damon's conflict because he didn't want to take away his future with Elena. He constantly has to choose between the two people he loves the most and it sucks.

If they can just release Stefan's soul from the stone after he is put there, why didn't they just let Rayna stab him 3 years ago? Also it was that easy to destroy the sword and the stone? Just blow it up? LMAO. WHY DIDNT THEY JUST DO THAT BEFORE.
