This was such a good episode. This time I really got that old VD feel and I like how they used the old formula with vampires biting, fighting, & compelling humans.

IMO, I don't really feel anything for Damon. I mean, he intentionally killed Stefan's only and best friend Lexi and did not even give a damn. Stefan should just tell him the truth.

But tbh, I have no idea what is going on with the other side. Could somebody explain, please? From what I understood it seems like it's dying!?

I just want Damon far away from Stefan. How dare Damon say that Stefan owes Enzo.. UH.. NO HE DOESN'T. Stefan doesn't owe Damon or Enzo anything. Enzo tried to kill Stefan for something Damon did.. so even if Stefan did kill Enzo (which he did not) he has nothing to feel guilty over and Damon needs to shut the frack up about it. This show is ridiculous.. at this point there is nothing they could ever have Damon do that would prove to me that he has any loyalty or love for his younger brother and that is such a gross disappointment. I keep wondering why I still watch this show and then I remember how much I love Paul/Stefan and I just end up having to deal with the plotholes and stupidity

It's deteriorating, yeah, it's risking to be destroyed dragging Bonnie with it since she's the anchor And that's more than probably because the travellers made Markos escaped from it, even if I'm not sure they made it 100% sure

I had a feeling it was damon who killed maggie,its sad about enzo though ,I thought he was gonna stay a while
the traveller stuff interesting so they want to rid of vampires?

Nope, from what I understood they need the DP blood to undo the witches' spell that prevent them to be together as a "family" and makes them travel so they can't be able to join forces and become as powerful as the witches They don't want to get rid of vampires, Markos wanted just a proof the blood works And it has it with Sloan, she becomes a vampire and then a human again: vampirism started with Esther's magic on her children so basically it's like a spell, it can be undone by the DP blood. Vampires become humans again, but they die because the last time they were humans they were... well, dead for a reason or another

So, finally watched the episode with subs, understood it more Not a great episode, too slow and boring in some parts, but I liked the SLs in this

I didn’t see Enzo’s death coming and it hurt so much, I was getting used to him and starting to like him Now I’m curious to see his revenge plan, but I felt sorry for him all the episode, he must have felt so lonely all his life, he just wanted to thank Maggie and be friend with Damon, it sucks both of those things were ripped from him Very emotional the moment he turned off his humanity, I felt all his pain

I like the Travellers’ reasons for their plan It mixes the theme of having a family with whom sharing a life, but also the conquer of power and for now they’re not making everyone look like annoying love-sick puppies, so I like it Plus, I think Markos is a good leader, it has a caring side for his coven but also he can be unmerciful and very bloody, I like him

The mythology was a bit confusing in the beginning, but after the re-watch I understood it better, it’s not completely a mess after all, still hope for a witches/travellers final fight in the end, it’d be cool to watch

Really don’t care about Maggie, she was annoying and stupid enough to go against a vampire for revenge, she had a big billboard on her neck with the quote “I’m going to die soon” anyway Felt sorry for Enzo though, he still had so much hope to meet her again

Damon being the murder of every human and non-human beings in this show is becoming beyond ridiculous and annoying At least they had the decency to make him oblivious about who Maggie was and considering what Augustine had done to him, I see why he killed her, believing she was one of them Again, don’t care so much about her anyway I liked how Damon saw the good in Enzo and wanted to save him from himself, he’s loyal to his friends, he wanted to give him a chance, like it has been given to him before Very touching when he remembers once again how Enzo basically saved his life and him from himself in the Augustine cell, he’ll be so sad to know he’s gone

Matt/Jer/Damon scene made me laugh so much Love the way Damon threatens them and they barely flich at it, it’s funny Need more bromance scenes like this

Liz/Damon scene Want more of those!

Hope Tyler will get free and be able to warn the others, he’s the only one who can fix this Wondering if the DP blood can be the solution of his problem too, now that the dagger is gone?

Frankly they threatened Bonnie’s death so many times that I’m not touched by it so much, it’s like they made me get used to it and I’m 99% sure she’ll be saved in the end, so whatever

Like Liv, she’s strong and sassy and she knows what she wants, I like her character

Like Stelena’s scenes, like them as friends Even if I don’t see the point in hiding Enzo’s death to Damon… it may be noble to spare him the pain, but it’s obvious he’s going to find it out anyway, so I find it pointless TBH Also, it happened by “accident” and by Enzo’s will, Damon won’t be mad at anyone for that, just sad

Love the Delena carrying scene, the parallelism with 1x03/2x08/1x11 and many more Damon couldn’t stay away from her anyway, but he still tried to keep his promise and never show her how much he loves her and cares for her And I loved Elena was worry about him discovering Enzo was dead and how she didn’t to lie to him

Defan, I adore their moment together I liked how Stefan wanted to protect his big brother from Enzo at any costs, not wanting him to get involved with Enzo anymore to spare him the pain I understand why he couldn’t see Enzo as worth to be saved by his POV, but I also liked Damon tried to make him understand why he wanted to do it even if it looked like a lost cause, it was an honest conversation and it showed once again how much they love each other and are each other’s humanity in the end We’ll never have them say ILY to each other, but we have them joking about being “crappy brothers” and this is so much more better because it feels real, it’s their way to say ILY and it’s beautiful :love.

I find it fascinating when vampires are being held to some sort of moral standard, as if they're humans I'm sorry, but nothing shocks me on the show so when I read comments about how bad or I can't believe so and so did this, I just let it roll off my back because at the end of the day, vampires are not humans and they are capable of things that regular humans are not. They've all done horrible things.


The point of Stefan not wanting Damon to know about what he did was moreso for Damon's sake than his own. Enzo's speech probably reminded Stefan of Damon at one point, how he was before turning off his humanity. Stefan doesn't want Damon to know because after having just broken up with Elena, Stefan is probably afraid of what Damon would do, ie: turn off the switch.

Also, it didn't bother me that Damon killed Maggie since his switch was off. So I don't even understand what the big deal is tbh. They've all had their switches turned off at one point and have all killed innocent people. What makes Damon worse than them? It's unfortunate that she ended up being Enzo's love, but that's how it turned out so


I loved the flashback and how Stefan looked out for Damon even though they were on the outs at that point. It shows that they've always loved and cared for each other (as long as their emotions were there of course).

Damon telling Stefan that he owed Enzo was sweet. I don't know why it has to be nit picked at. Enzo kept Damon's switch on by igniting emotion in him when he was being tortured so that despite all his anger toward Stefan, he kept loving him throughout. Stefan, as a loving brother, "owes" him in the sense that Enzo made sure Damon never lost that love. It would have been very easy for Damon to hold on to all that anger, but DS were probably able to fix their relationship in large part because of Enzo. And if Stefan cherishes his relationship with Damon, and I believe he does, this would and should mean something to him.

I don't think it's contest over who had a worse year, but Damon was taken back by the Augustines, tortured some more, lost the love of his life and was infected with a virus. So yeah, he's had a bad year. No one compared his to theirs though. Brothers don't need to do that because not everything is a contest. Stefan cares THAT deeply about him that he doesn't need to make everything about himself.

Meh I am just over Defan relationship, they really should stop making it seem more meaningful then it actually is. I am sorry but its too little too late for any of that.
