a lot happened in this finale that i still can't wrap around yet so, i don't know how i feel about it as a whole.

my initial reaction on certain things:

i didn't expect the stefan/silas situation. i literally didn't pick up on what was going on till i looked on this board so, i now have a better understanding about that. apparently, dopplegangers appear more often in that world than expected. with elena and now stefan having twins, will damon be next? anyway...

i was surprised about katherine being the one that ended up w/the cure. i was actually rooting for rebecca to eventually get it. i guess we'll have to wait and see if the cure is really effective and if it's even a cure.

i'm glad that bonnie isn't officially gone from the show, but i want human bonnie back rather than ghost bonnie. will she have less time on the show than before? if she configured up a spell to bring jeremy to life, i'm hoping bonnie can return to human form somehow. i mean w/this show, they seem to find convenient things happen when needed.

i liked the caroline and klaus moment. i like them more than her and tyler so it was sad to see them part. i'm not all that interested in what happened in new orleans so, i'm not sure if i'll be watching the originals.

otherwise, i'll re-watch the episode to grasp my feelings on the whole episode.

It is quite convenient that two people who know each other also have doppelgangers that do bad things to them. I didn't see it coming and I'm not sure how I feel about it but I do know that Paul is gonna love playing Silas.

Even with Katherine being human I'm half expecting Julie Plec to do to her the way Joss was with Darla: making her human, possibly even more redeemable or she tries to but it might be forced, only to make her a vampire again.

Favorite moment of the episode was Elena telling Damon that she loves him. No sire bond to make anyone question it. They're in love and finally together!

Second favorite moment of the episode was Stefan telling Damon that he's not not happy for Damon.

When they introduced the Katherine wanting to be immortal storyline, I figured that she was going to end up getting the cure shoved down her throat and that was exactly what happened. I'm still in shock over the whole Stefan/Silas doppelganger twist.

I'm so excited for next season!

although i must say they rarely go to school but they graduated?

matt and bek,they were sweet and i hope we get to see them on their adventure,its about time matt is living his life

if anything, this showed how much Stefan is above his brother, he's mature about it. It suck but he r.e.s.p.e.c.t.s the choice, imagine if he had..idk decided to snap Jer's neck or something..
It's suck that his reward for it was being stabbed and thrown in the water tough.

I kinda lost intrest halfway through this season, hopefully it will get better next season. Their only saving grace this year was Caro/Stefan having scenes again.

Idk if you're asking me? I didn't say he was a bigger man because Elena choose his brother But his reaction TO IT was mature, he didn't go crazy or mad at Elena or Damon and it take it out on anyone else. He wasn't happy about it but he accepted it.

It will be intresting to see who will be the one to help Stefan. Considiring Caro has more time on her hands now when Klaus finally left I can see it being her suspecting something's wrong at first.
