TVD Episode 4x13: Into the Wild Discussion. Airs February 7th
  MYSTERIOUS ISLAND — Shane (guest star David Alpay) leads an expedition to a desolate island off the coast of Nova Scotia, where he believes the secret of the cure lies hidden. On the trek to the island’s interior, Rebekah (Claire Holt) and Elena (Nina Dobrev) continue their bitter rivalry, Stefan (Paul Wesley) does his best to keep the peace, and Damon (Ian Somerhalder) accuses Shane of leading them into a trap. Bonnie (Kat Graham) and Jeremy (Steven R. McQueen) try to figure out the message of the Hunter’s mark, while Shane reveals more of the legend of Silas and the witch Qetsiyah, along with his own personal history. Back in Mystic Falls, Tyler (Michael Trevino) confronts Klaus (Joseph Morgan), and Caroline (Candice Accola) is caught up in the violence that follows. Rules * Be respectful. Is that Elena offering the white oak stake to Rebekah? Wow, way to remind her that thing was used to kill her brother...any chance Rebekah might shove that stake through Elena?
And so they believe the word of a crazy shady professor they barely know yet when Kol warns them about Silas it just falls on deaf ears? This lack of brain cell usage is appalling...  __________________

I don't know if it's because I missed the first 25 mins but that episode was slow and barely anything happened. It reminds me of soap operas and how it takes like 2 weeks before something actually comes to fruition.

And Rebekah is HBIC - now if she can sneakily turn on all of them for avenge her brother, that would be nice...or i'd settle for her stabbing Elena about a million times -- let's be honest here, Elena did stab Rebekah literally in the back first...surprisingly, Rebekah didn't start this, and her killing people to protect her family is no different than Elena killing people to protect hers... i'm tired of "good guys" walking the moral high ground all the time... And of course, they twist the knife even harder for Kol-fans to see Klaus stare at his body....yeah....not cool....  __________________

They are taking do long for the cure in thinking there really isn't cure

I bet the cure does not even exist its just a way to get the vampires to help with raising Silas. Just like what they did with the sun and the moon curse.
