A FLIP OF THE COIN — After starting her day with a startling discovery of Damon’s (Ian Somerhalder) latest indiscretion, Elena (Nina Dobrev) is frustrated to find that none of her friends agree with her on how they should react to the Original family’s internal power struggle. Once again caught up in the destiny of the Bennett witches, Bonnie (Kat Graham) and Abby (guest star Persia White) find themselves playing a part in a ritual to appease the spirits of nature. When Elijah (guest star Daniel Gillies) gives Damon and Stefan (Paul Wesley) a dangerous ultimatum that puts Elena in danger, they turn to Alaric (Matt Davis) and Meredith (guest star Torrey Devitto) for help with a plan that leads them to a terrible choice. Candice Accola also stars.

This show is a hot ass mess.

They treat Bonnie like a damn slave and here are these white males getting to make choices about her future/life. I'm just so disgusted with how these writers have treated Bonnie during seasons two and three.

And Bonnie in future episodes, Bonnie will still be expected to be at their freakin' beck and call even thought they don't give two ishs about her. I really wish she would let them sit and stew.

i just think the writers really take it far with Bonnie now... its just not fair after everything she did for everyone ,saving them all the time and be ready to risk her life for it.

It's just disgusting. Stefan/Damon flipping a damn coin over who gets to kill her. And Elena is supposed to be with two men who would have NO problem murdering her best friend??

And Caroline making goo-goo eyes at Klaus. I can't....

Stefan/Damon...... ugh. Wow. Just, wow.

Damon continues to be AWESOME on all regards. And not appreciated for it. Which is OK, as I think in the end all his suffering and sacrifice will pay off and he'll be happy. He will do what he has to do to protect his loved ones, including getting his hands dirty and being hated as "the bad guy". He is just incredible!

Alaric BETTER not be dead-dead, DAMN IT!

I don't see why we need to have a zillion Originals running around but characters we love and care for keep getting shipped off or killed.

Klaus/Caroline was sweet but I still have a hard time buying his good act.

Elena was clever to run to the "no-vampire" cave. And so was Rebekah in how she reacted to that.

Heh, of course Damon/Rebekah sex is something jealous Elena would rant about to EVERYONE and was something meant to torment and hurt her by Rebekah.

TVD is getting a bit ridiculous in the ways it puts "obstacles" for Damon/Elena though but at least they are done throwing Damon under the bus.

Generally bored with the episode, tbh. I do NOT care for Original family drama, I do NOT care at seeing 1000 years old vampires acting like children or getting scoldings from their mother.

Elijah's little letter to Elena was even more ridiculous than Klaus' little note to Caroline, for me. I'm like "yet another vampire who is telling her about his guilt and tormented soul". What is she, a vampire shrink?

Damon and Stefan's actions were pretty sickening. And yet, Elena won't care. Because heaven forbid, she actually chooses her best friend over two guys.

Ugh cant believe how fast Stefan turned back into boring Stefan.

I miss crazy sarcastic Stefan.

He was a hoot.

Klaus- I miss when you were psycho. This Caroline/Klaus ship isnt doing anything for me.

Bonnie/Abby - Meh. I never liked Bonnie and I never get attached to guest stars so I couldnt care less about her mother.

Elena - I understand she is the main character but how many people have to die to save her. How many save Elena plots are there going to be.

we know she will never die.

Stefan/Damon - I honestly want them to go off together at the end of the show. I feel sometimes Elena brings them down.
