I REALLY want him back. He renewed tvd for me! Chris is such a terrific actor. Kai was entertaining. He made me laugh so much. Best character in a very long time (since Kol), imo. I hope they bring him back some how for the last few episodes so I can enjoy him for a bit longer.

I wanted to give him a hug when he got stuck in 1903

My feelings towards him have changed a lot. I liked him in his first appearance, hated him when he abused Bonnie and now I'm close to loving him enough to want a Kai icon

If the pilot doesn't get picked up maybe he'll make a reappearance next season.

I think they cannot make him die for real, or everyone in his coven will too, and Jolaric's baby too I'm afraid, I don't think they'll push this so far

But if Kai will return now, it's safe to say he'll be back to his old self and that's not good news for the gang

And in this case, they may want to bring him down

Can he die in the prison world?

I'm sure we'll see 1903 Mystic Falls again, they didn't introduce Lily's vampires "family" to let them be stuck there without a second appearance.
