It's just sad it couldn't end on a high note or at least with people having some semblance of sadness over the loss of the show.

Not yet. Just speculating because all JP said was that she will try and transition some TVD characters to TO if it gets another season.

I feel like the network is ready to cancel it, but out of respect for JP and the show in general they might let her pitch a way to gain more popularity and if it doesn't satisfy them then it will be done. I think that's a normal business plan.

I think they already did that with the crossover. The network was pushing for the crossover l.

. I mean the crossover wasn't with the characters that most people would have tuned in for (though I love klefan myself). I think if they actually had a klaroline crossover it probably would have gained more attention and viewers. I know there was an explosion of buzz just from the dumb phone call they shared.

I just don't know what to believe coming from JP & Co. She acted like she will try to get TO to continue by having some of TVD cast move there, but considering the extremely low ratings for the show only a miracle could make that happen.
