Plus I think the journey of what happened makes sense every death sucked and will continue to suck however I still see it all justified in my eyes and ain't mad

I completely didn't think of that until you mentioned it where we are speaking over on ST

I think his line was probably mostly gone already

My problem is Julie is acting like she valued Stefan when on TVD she had Elena step all over stefan with the whole triangle stuff. so she needs to spare me this " I value Stefan cheerlearder rah rah because she never gave two cents about Stefan case in point SHE killed him over Damon. people aren't going to forget that

I have yet to finish TVD so I have no opinion even if I know about the fact that Stefan dies and DE were endgame

I did think of it when he was talking about killing himself, but I shoved it under the rug assuming he had possibly cut himself off from his line using some witch, possibly his sister

They could have put the hollow in Aurora and kill her. Her body is just there . So I do not see why they didn't put the Hollow in Aurora , and locked her and threw it in the ocean, or stake her. Or they could have had a witch out Klaus in another person's body like they did in season 3 finale of TVD when Bonnie out Klaus in Tyler 's body right before Alaric Stake Klaus.
I felt that the series finale ending was too much of a cliche, and way overdone. The villain gains redemption by making a great sacrifice. It wouldn't have been so bad if they didn't already did that in season 3 when Klaus agree to let Marcel lock him up, or season 4 when all of them agree to take a piece of the hollow and never see each other again. They even reuse Kol showing up AT the last minute.

It would have been so much of a better ending of they ended the series with Hope defeating the hollow , and Klaus promising to raise his daughter right to honor Hayley.

Why come we didn't get to see Hayley and Elijah in the afterlife? I was sure there was going to be a scene like that since Hayley told Elijah that she still waiting on that dance. Was they just trolling Haylijah's fans?

About the Aurora thing, if she had the Hollow inside of her I think she would've been strong enough to break free.

That's the thing I'm really pissed off about.

I'm crying like a baby and I'm also pissed at the same time. Characters I didn't care about got happy ending while those I love didn't. It hurts me to see Klaus who changed because of Hope having to abandon her. Everyone abandons her. Stupid storytelling. I see the ending might have been bittersweet but it was sad. For the sake of the spin off. Frankly, Klaus in the end wherever he is has only Elijah who probably has Hailey. Klaus should have someone else to love, Hope or Cami/Caroline. I still want him alive and happy. Always and forever! And where was his goodbye to his son, Marcel?

Unfortunately, I didn't feel all that sad, except sad it wasn't better done. It just didn't feel all that convincing to me, so it didn't really hit me in the heart as other episodes have. The performances were great and what Elijah and Klaus said to one another was well written. I felt a little sad seeing them turn to ash. Then I just felt like, "This is all there is?" Yeah, it would have been like TVD, but we saw Josh see Aiden already, and Hayley with her family. It would have been nice to see Klaus reunite with Cami and for Elijah to get to dance with Hayley, or at least see her.

I didn't expect much this season, but was pleasantly surprised that it started out pretty good. Somewhere it went off the rails. I don't mind that Klaus died, and have no trouble believing they couldn't find another way. What I have trouble believing is that the Hollow could be defeated by simply killing its host. If that were true, Klaus would have done this last year--he was not any less willing to sacrifice himself for Hope then. Also where did he find another white oak stake? It was just a little too convenient. It's also a little cliche, as Lady Katherine said, much as I love the trope. (If you think of it, staying alive and not resorting to killing Hope's dates would be harder for Klaus and bigger proof of redemption. ) I understand why Elijah would want to go too, and yet it just felt like he was giving up. Wouldn't Klaus and Hayley want him to live so he could look after Hope? Yeah there are others who will, Declan included (not even mentioned, even though supposedly he helped raise Hope) but they are going to have their own families. I'm happy the others got happy endings, but there were inconsistencies there too. I'm not going to say it's the worst finale ever, because it's not, but finales are only as good as final seasons, but they're the last chance to get things right. It's just kind of a waste, considering the show at its best is so good and epic.

I myself feel as if it would be awkward or odd or out of place to have had anything after what we had gotten I feel if we did get that dance with Hayley or Klaus reunited with Cami ... I just feel like something happy or good would have taken away from the impact of what the brothers did

That's just me and have said that there's probably only like 1% of the fandom that liked it where most of the fandom is probably fuming over the no dance

It's a good point. It was just so downbeat to have them commit double suicide, basically, that I think people needed to see something positive for the two main characters, anything. They need not show Elijah and Hayley dance, for instance, just have him see her perhaps. I can't help wondering how they would have ended it had there been no Legacies or had the actors wanted a part in that show?
