I mean, love him or hate him, the show loses a big part of itself when it pulls stupid stuff like that. I really hate the Hollow and Sofya for working with the Hollow even before being possessed by her.

This was clearly the best episode of the season. It was nice to see Alaric again . I only with Damon was with him. When the hollow stood in front of his car ,and he stopped for her, I was like Alaric "What are you doing?! You know better than to stop for strange women when you are carrying a artifacts that can stop an ancient evil!!. Then when he pull out a crossbow and shot at Sofya/hollow , I was like now that's the Alaric I know.
Davila return: When Hope started getting messages from the witches, I figured we couldn't trust them. But then when I saw Davina I knew we couldn't trust them. The witches hate the Mikaelson (although they are the ones who brought them back to New Orleans in the first place) ,and Davina can't stand Klaus. I liked that the first thing Davina ask about is Kol, and Klaus being his regular annoying self. Davila trying to kill Klaus was getting on my nerves, but then Hope showed up to save the day by sending Davina and the harvest girls away!  Hope is truly a Very powerful Mikaelson witch. I bet she will be the key to defeating the hollow.So who has the dagger that can kill Marcel? How did Hope know Klaus was in trouble?, was it her witch power, or her werewolves side that let her know. Did anyone else love that scene when Hope showed up to save the day? |

I thought this was a pretty good episode. I was more invested in it then I was with any of the others this season. I still dont like the whole Hollow storyline and dont really understand whats going on there because I dont pay attention to those bits.
Getting really sick of "Sophia" and want her go but I bet we have to wait the rest of the season. I loved Elijah/Hayley together at the start but it seems that they always have the same damn problems with them arguing constantly. Hayley in particular just never seems happy and it pisses me off. At this point I kind of feel like Elijah deserves better. IDK. When she didnt kiss him at the end ugh, that annoyed me. She's so demanding and all about Hope and Jackson. Elijah getting stabbed at the end  . Marcel meh. Didnt miss Vincent this episode either. Klaus wasn't in it much either but I love his humor and snark. I did like seeing Davina again! She just brings something different to the series and it made me think of old episodes. I would have liked seeing Alaric but they made him so damn annoying in the last seasons of the VPD that I just dont like him anymore so  . |

I did like Hayley telling Elijah that she needs him though. That was probably the only nice thing. And then her little kiss at the end.
