I do not like Cami. I can understand she does not want to live in fear any more. She died because she was powerless and a pawn. Stealing from a baby, no. Gouging someone's fresh grief, no. Taking the one thing that can kill an original and then Marcel, Josh, Stefan, Damon can die, no. Klaus said it perfectly at the very end. You could have trusted him as he had trusted you.

I loved Elijah and Marcel working together. I should have known when Elijah made the comment questioning that Aya would choose strength over cunning he had something up his sleeve. Now Marcel at least can watch out for Davina.

Now two of the witches of the Strix coven betrayed Aya. I think Ariana gave Marcel the loyalty card as she knew he is a double agent. When she said she is released right before Elijah killed she said it in a relieved way. Tonight's Strix witch gladly betrayed Aya for her freedom. Too bad she sided with Aurora. Aurora has the Strix infiltrated brilliantly. How can they compete with that?

I liked Davina and Ariana. I hope Ariana can help her bring Kol back.

I liked Vincent trying to get Cami to see reason. I think he is the only New Orleans witch that thinks things through logically and does not act on grudges or raging feelings. I like him as a character.

Hayley, in that brief scene, showed she is still grieving and pissed that Cami took the one thing that comforts Hope. I don't like Cami. I hope she nails Cami in the future for this.

Klaus was Klaus. The best thing about you was when you left Cami in her apartment with that parting line that she could have trusted him. I fear that one of Rebekah's "truth" bombs is true. Any woman that Klaus or Elijah brings in the family ends up trying to destroy them.

Overall, I like the twists and turns. The promo music is creepy yet fits so well. I love the music this show chooses.

Didn't bother watching live again cause I'm not here for Camille. I just hope she ends up dying this season for good because her character is getting even more unbearable it seems.

Wasn't surprised by the Elijah/Marcel team up. Makes me hope that Marcel gets more to do, but I won't hold my breath all things considered.

Need Davina to save Kol like yesterday. We can worry about the consequences after he comes back.

Might tune in live next week cause it looks good.

I don't see Camille going anywhere anytime soon. I've been seeing some things on Twitter about Camille mellowing out in the next few episodes or so....I'm not really invested in paying too much attention though so I don't really know. :shrug:

Yes, Cami's going to be mellowing out. Really, other charecters have done worse then what Cami did. Also, Hayley couldn't be that made at Cami, since she defended her. I don't see Cami going anywhere anytime soon.

The episode was good, I enjoyed it.

Storylines are probably not even helping the ratings. Even once she mellows out it'll still be bad

I'm not trying to blame everything on Camille. She's just part of the problem for me. It's definitely the writing. I just can't with how boring this season has been. Aside from my love for Kol this season feels like it's just dragging. Nothing shocking has been happening and I feel like the writers have already given up. I hope they turn this around soon.

At this point with the ratings and most of the storylines the way they are, I'm calling for a short season 4 due to the Netflix deal and better safe than sorry for syndication.

How did the show go from a really good Season 1 to this? :shrug:

I dont know what the hell the strix are or even what this storyline is lol. Its dull. But at least Marcel finally has something to do.

Cami is annoying as a vampire now but at least her banter with Klaus is fun to watch.

Pretty sure the Strix are vampires from Elijah's sireline who went rogue.... if I remember right.

yeah its also the jason dohring season.
