Nice... I can see that the finale was finally a good episode!! That's great, will give the viewers something to look forward in the next season.

I'm pretty sure they didn't brought Kol back because Nate was on standby mode waiting for Bloodlines to be picked up. Maybe he'll appear in Season 2

I do have a question... what was the explanation for Hayley not leaving with the baby? I mean, she is the mother and all (I know that she is the lead now and it's obvious she would stay), just wondering what did they use as an argument to have her stay.

I think she stayed because they knew if Hayley left as well, the people after the baby would know she was still alive.

It was a stillborn/dead baby from a hospital that Marcel kidnapped and stuck in a box. However it was implied the body was mangled beyond recognition (probably stabbed like they would do in the sacrifice) because he told Oliver that cremation would be their best bet.

She wanted to stay and "clean up their mess" like Esther. Also she listed that she being a hybrid was dangerous being around the baby. Plus Klaus needed her to be mournful so people would accept and believe the baby was dead. They wanted to really sell it.

I get all that, but don't understand why they couldn't imply that in a month or so Hayley would leave to go to her kid and just say there was nothing for her in NOLA now that she has no baby and she's not a werewolf anymore.

Well we know it was Esther, but there's no confirmation about it being Finn. However even JP says that if you know the history of the family on TVD you can probably tell who is there with Esther.

Damn that scene with Elijah confession in the cemetery BROKE MY HEART!! I can't handle that scene! And then the Rebekah and Klaus moment at the end I loved that scene so much, what is about those two that ALWAYS make me cry LOVE THEM
