I think since she had another job, VD, ready and waiting for her, she probably quit Degrassi. If VD hadn't gotten picked up I bet she'd still be on Degrassi.

She was still doing Degrassi, she hadn't been fired or anything, and then her agent was asked to send a tape of Nina auditioning for VD, so Nina did it, and didn't expect anything to come of it, but then she found out she got Elena. It's sort of the same thing that happened to Shenae, she wasn't really planning on leaving Degrassi either, it just sort of happened.

Ah okay, thanks for that. I was wondering how Shenae got her part also.. since i hadn't seen her on Degrassi also

This chick is pretty hot, I'll be giving this show a chance, i just hope it doesn't **** the bed like Twilight. I don't have HBO, so I need a good vampire fix.
