The Campaign for Bonnie Bennett
In light of yet another season where Bonnie is pushed into the background, denied emotional development, on-screen characterization, screen time in general and only called upon to save the day, The Bennett Brigade has decided that we would like to do something about it. We have started a campaign to ask the writers to do better by her. There are several ideas floating around right now including writing letters, making videos and trending something on Twitter to show the writers how much Bonnie Bennett means to the fans. The people who hate her are loud and vocal. We have to be louder. And to do this, we have to be organized. This is why we are starting a blog to collect our thoughts, ideas and the final product of whatever we decide will best get our message across.

I loved everything Bonnie this past episode. I loved hearing the spell she was doing to unlock the coffin. It's so nice compared to TSC's spells.

She's looked amazing the past two episodes. I love her make-up and the fact that they're letting her wear those short little boots.

I was dreading this episode a bit because I thought they'd make Bonnie drink Elena's Kool-Aid, but nope! Her calling Elena out has been so long in the making. I feel like considering the choices Elena makes and considering the type of person Bonnie is, these two should have more conflict than they do. I loved that by the end of the episode she still wasn't on board. Because I would imagine that Jeremy had told her his feelings about being compelled. Because you don't bond over being lonely and then not talk about what makes you feel lonely. Not to mention that while Elena didn't learn her lesson, Bonnie remember how mad Jeremy got just for her locking him up.

I wish she had been the one to kill that Hybrid. We've seen that old rip the heart out trick already. Next. How does Jeremy succeed in killing someone before Bonnie?

I am looking forward to next week's episode so freaking much!

The Bonnie Campaign is a really BIG thing we as Bonnie fans are doing. And we want to make sure every Bonnie fan has a way to be involved. Right now we are looking for Bonnie fans who are bilingual and/or Multilingual. So that some of our international fans can be easily helped. We know that not everybody's first language is English. And one of our biggest methods in the Bonnie Campaign is writing letters to the CW execs. They will have physical solid proof of the fans unhappiness with the direction or lack of direction for this character aka Bonnie. So those fans who are fluent in more than one language will help the international fans in the process. If you are bilingual/multilingual and would like to be directly behind the scenes of the campaign along with a few others (like me) and if you have a tumblr. Please message me (my tumblr is my username) and I will inform you in detail what ever you wanna know.
