My headcanon is that they are endgame. They meet up in the future and Matt agrees to turn to be with her.

But even though that's my headcanon, I don't actually see Matt actually doing that since he's always been pro human. But it's nice to think about.

He is so pro!human which I think made Matt|Rekebah so special their romance|fling was incredible partly due to how she was able to have a relationship with him - loved her taking him traveling for the summer
