 I know what you mean, when I think of SE not being endgame I want to cry. Like legit.  But I love that scene! It's one of my many favorites. All of SE's scenes are getting so good lately it's hard for me to choose.  __________________

Stefan opened up to her and Elena didn't get scared and wanted to be there for him. It was so amazing.  Plus Paul was epic in that scene so that's an extra plus! __________________
