I'm really hoping that next episode clears a lot of things up so that the Christmas episode can be an easy family, and Haylijah getting on better terms episode.

Well if whatever happens between them happens midseason then it wouldn't really make sense for them to still be on bad terms at that point, with the show going on break.

That hasn't exactly been pinpointed it's just been said that stuff happens with Haylijah around the time of midseason so I just figure with the break, I don't see how they could still be on bad terms

I think at this point we may have to wait until the beginning of 2b, which is also technically midseason, before we really get anything with Haylijah...especially since Rebekah and Hope are coming back and might be here for a couple of episodes...I think Hayley would be more focused on the baby than her relationship with Elijah.

True. There may not be a reunion by then but I can't really see the show going on break with things being as bad between them as they are now. I could be wrong though.

The only real ones who would be affected by that are Haylijah shippers, sadly. We'll only have to wait until the 19th of Jan...I think that's the date TO is supposed to come back. But, still waiting that long for a good Haylijah scene...oh, hell no.

I know but I still can't see going on such a long break without there being any progress at all between them at that point. Not that I'd expect them to have their breakthrough at that point but to not have any movement at all?? Idk

So far though, it's been angsty not beautiful. Grr. At least this way, if it doesn't turn out to be true in the end we know who never to trust again.

Give us Haylijah, or we riot! That's pretty much where I'm at right now.

Yeah, so far it's been all angst but I just keep remembering you've gotta ride out the storm to make it to paradise..Not that things will ever be perfect, of course they won't but I think if we just hang in there through the angst, we'll get our payoff.
