That would be nice for them to have a tribute to their relationship and the affect they had on the other. Whether it's a real scene or just flashback images it would be nice.

At this point I just hope they get a lovely scene together :nod: On another show that I watch, some favourite characters of mine who are very close with each other didn't even get a reunion after being separated for a long while :( I am hoping TVD doesn't let me down with SE getting some nice scene together.

Yeah that's true. I think it could be nice to have a nod to their history whether it's a popular song of their's or maybe a re-creation of a scene they did like meeting in the cemetery in the pilot or a bit of popular dialogue being said again. Something that gives the respect to them and their fan, but isn't so out of left field that it makes little sense with everything else happening.

I don't think it would be all that random. It could be a few years into the future, Damon could be dead... there are many ways for SE to come together without it being random ;) I don't believe it will happen, of course, but never say never with this show.

:shrug: I guess. Either way I don't really care about DES endgame, but I would be a little surprised considering there hasn't been any SE since s5 (I think, but I could definitely be wrong). I wouldn't be opposed to them being back together, but I think it would be odd since all we've heard for the last 2-3 seasons is DE blah blah blah.

I can understand that :lol: I just can't forget about Stefan being the catalyst that brought Elena the first bit of happiness she had since her parents passed away. I get that SE aren't in love anymore/right now, but the type of love they had doesn't just go away... the title is proof of that. Like I said.. I don't believe SE will get endgame.. I honestly think they will kill Stefan off.. but I can see why some SE fans can believe they might have a chance at endgame ;)
