Not in a relationship, but I do want him to help her 'heal' in a way. I do not want them to get together at all. He wouldnt be her boyfriend, he`d be her dad. Kat`s just too much of a wildchild.

I actually dont think she has opened up to him. Not as much as she could have. I dont think she has ever opened up to anybody. Nobody knows the real Katherine.

One other thing I'm worried about is Katherine dying before she gets a chance to open up to anyone.

In 1x20, Damon said that he woke up and watched Kat being dragged inside and the church set ablaze. Then who was that lying next to Stefan when Kat kissed him? Maybe they made an error?

Also, Kat didnt plan on being saved. So she didnt count on D/S coming to her rescue and getting shot. Which means she didnt plan on turning them. Did she change her mind? Why?

The difficult thing is that since Katherine lies so much it's hard to know the real story behind the D/K/S triangle

Oooh maybe she was trying to protect them? I would love that. Maybe that`s also why she tried to kill Uncle John. He tried to kill them.

I would really love to discover that that vulnerable side of Katherine is still there and she has a non-selfish ulterior motive for once

Just rewatched Masquerade. Poor Damon, the way he clenched his jaw and turned away when Kat said she checked in on Stefan over the years. Throughout that whole scene with Kat and Stefan, Damon was tormented. He kept wanting to get out. I wish we had seen how he carried her to the tomb though. Did he choose to do it? Why?

I just wish DK's storyline got more focus in general, I feel like it's been completely abandoned.

^ yeah, i feel that too. i actually haven't watched any of the new epis of tvd. :/ mainly cause right now dk are the only thing i care about on this show, and they're obviously not a priority atm.

It's sad, they felt like such a huge arc to me. Its crazy that it ended so abruptly like that. No closure, no nothing.
