Idk if you saw what I said in the last thread but.... Basically I don't think they're horrible but I didn't see anything there or else I'd probably be shipping them.

I'll chime in and say I didn't see any. I believe Paul Wesley was trying and he could be smoldering with someone else but Elena was too bland. And bland + broody didn't bring out anything spectacular in either of them.

Since Damon has a fiery personality, it will make Elena tolerable and HOPEFULLY liven her up a bit. I feel kinda weird saying this though, since the FIRST episode just ended - but Idk what else to say lol. She's just blah atm.

I don't mind if Elena is boring as long as she has a personality with Damon and great chemistry. I just need to see a hot sexual chemistry. Because I think any couple can have actors chemistry but that isn't necessarily a physical type of chemistry that I enjoy watching. And yeah I am totally aware of how shallow this sounds, can't help it

Yeah I LOVE Damon but to keep watching I'll need DE to have great chemistry or else only liking one thing in an entire show isn't enough.
