I have to say I was a little dissapointed that it was not Damon who was looking out for Caroline and be like, her mentor. I think DC have so much chemistry. I did not really ship Stefan with anyone, except I do kind of like Stefan/Katherine. But then Stefan and Caroline got more scenes and I fell for them
