We were so close to a Carenzo scene in 7x20. They were in the same room, they looked at each other, Enzo even mentioned Caroline.

Another almost scene for Carenzo. In the first dream sequence, Caroline sees Enzo burning in the fireplace and yells out his name. I guess we'll take it.
