I think Tyler felt the same way, but he was reluctant to admit it because a) the way that things ended in 2x13 was harsh and b) the vampire/werewolf ongoing clash

Yeah, I think he still wasn't absolutely sure who to trust & it took him a while to really trust his own feelings. There was a lot going on, & Tyler didn't want to betray Matt either, so I can definitely understand them both holding back

I wasn't the bigeest fan of matt and caroline..Season 1 and 2 these two.

I was rooting for Tyler ftw after how matt was treating her.
