Edit: I guess I could think positively and say that both their lives were left open ended so you never know if they eventually found each other again or not.

Guess it's a possibility, even more bc Jeremy was at the Salvatore School for Special Children and probably she'll have something to do with it too, since she has her powers back and so on :shrug: :nod:

She promised Enzo she'll be happy and live a full life, it's possible that her and Jer had another chance :nod: :love: :shrug:

They were such a good couple, their dynamic was great back in season2 as allies, and then lovers :sigh: :love:

You know, I originally rooted for Jeremy and Bonnie as a couple. I always saw her chemistry with Damon, but never thought it an actual option until Elena (and Jeremy) were firmly out of the picture. Unfortunately, the writers kept messing up Beremy, so that I didn't understand why Jeremy would be so passionate about Bonnie one second and the next seem to forget all about her. Unfortunately, both Jeremy and Bonnie as characters and as a relationship seem to have been tossed to the side in favor of Elena's importance and the love triangle, which imo went on too long. I think Bonnie is ultimately more mature than Jeremy, but I loved that Jeremy--for a while anyway--was always thinking of Bonnie first when the rest of the characters seemed to forget her.

I think the blame is of course on the writers, they suddenly decided to put them aside, change their characters, make it seem they forgot about each other :shrug: they were bipolar with Jeremy, but I think they didn't do justice with Bonnie neither, she basically forgot about Jer too in season6, which made no sense :shrug: :no: As usual they didn't know how to handle them, which is a shame, bc the end of season5 had so much potential for them, the fact they were separated, the struggle, it could have end differently and it would have been better :nod: :pout:

They went through life and death together. I just don't get it. How can Plec just pretend like they never happened?

And if they were going to kill off Enzo and have Bonnie be alone, why not let her move on and be with her first love again? She and Jeremy could have travelled together.

That's exactly my main problem with this, it was like they never were in love, they never happened, they just stopped to name each other or their love, it makes no sense :shrug: :nono:

They could have made that hint, yeah, without a real confirmation, but just the idea it may have happened, they may have been happy and together again one day :nod: :shrug: Him coming back only in the school scene was so lame :rolleyes:

I would have loved if they had him travel with her instead of just seeing him for a second at the school. I think it would have been nice to see them rekindle their love eventually, and like you said just a little hint that they were heading towards that path would've been nice.

That's an idea, since she was leaving for a trip around the world, they could have made them meet somewhere out there, nothing big, just them meeting, waving at each other, smiling... at least an hint they could have been in touch again, as friends :shrug: :nod:
