I have no idea, but I don't know if DE being together in 5x22 could be a good or bad sign.

It depends on the situation I guess.

Or as we said: maybe a beautiful reunion that will be ruined by a tragic event.

You know... Season 3: SE. Season 4: DE. Season 5: ??? Season 6: ???

Well, personally I don't think that could be a problem; I mean, if DE are confirmed this season, I think they can also be in the series finale, since I have my ideas on DE and SE, as I wrote you before

I wouldn't mind her to be single, especially now that she confirmed her feelings for Damon so I'm sure she's in love with him

Them beign a part for a while wouldn't be so terrible, if we got the same tension as once

Yeah you're propably right that this doesn't have to be a problem. Unless the writers really have a timeline in their minds. I don't know...maybe Elena is still single in 5x22.

I wouldn't mind it too. She can think with a clear head, doing the right thing. And yes...DE tension is one of their best things.

As much as I want them to be endgame, I think we all secretly missed that build-up tension...wondering what they'll do next.

Haha yes we know the writers. Well...sometimes they can still surprise us with twisting plots. But some things are very predictable.
