I don't think it's a dream, TBH Tecnically only Elena is hallucinating eventually bc of the werewolf venom in her virus, not Damon and from the promo she looks tired but not as bad as under the effect of the virus I think by the end of the ep they'll at least cure her problem with the venom and then she and Damon will talk and they'll kiss I'm optimistic on this, I don't think they'll be so cruel with us, at least I hope Plus, I remember before 4x07 everyone said that was a dream or hallucinations too, it's tradition after all
