What I like about Nina is that she is so career-driven and isn't ashamed to say it. This doesn't make her a bad person or cold-hearted,it's just that she wants to succeed in life and that's something to admire. IMO, this also doesn't mean that she broke up with Ian out of a cold-hearted calculation.
