They're also all talented, they wouldn't have made it onto the show if they weren't. I wonder which of these people Adam may still keep in contact with? I noticed that Adam liked one of Kris's IG photos, a photo of his kid, so that's nice.

I think so too. They're both great guys too, it seems. I wouldn't be a fan if they were asses no matter how talented. I also like how they got along and genuinely like each other as friends. I need to find the Kris/Adam thread and say all this there.

I agree and yes, that thread could use a bump.

That's an interesting thing you said about not being a fan of someone who's an ass. Personality plays such a big part especially in a show like AI. For example in their season Danny was no doubt talented (he came in 3rd) but a lot of people didn't like his character. Then again a lot of people found him to be an angel so that shows it depends a lot on perspective.

I think personality does a play a big part in a show like AI. It's not the same for me when it comes to music in general (I know I'm a fan of bands whose members are probably terrible, I don't really follow them personally so I'm unaware/don't really care). But I think it does matter in a show like this because you get to some of their personality.

That's so true. It's also what can be a weakness in a show like AI. A lot of people see the contestants as TV show characters as opposed to actual artists. As soon as they're out of the show, people are not interested anymore and don't support and buy their music. It's really sad because especially AI had such a huge variety of truly talented artists and musicians.

That's also very true. I haven't followed the numbers I am sure that the vote totals and album sales don't match up.
