How about "Fix You" By Coldplay? I love that song. It fits with my fantasy [maybe it will become a reality!] of Rachel telling Puck he is not a 'Lima Loser'.

I've been listening to "All We Are" by One Republic a lot lately and I feel it is a fitting song for Puck/Rachel.

These parts of the song especially make me think of Ruckus (of Puck to Rachel).
