tbh I found it boring. I wish Will would just grow up. How many times can Will/Emma almost cheat. It really turns me off them.

I bet a lot of people are going to be disapointed with the episode, seeing as it was more centered around the adults but, i really liked it, didn't love it. I guess i expected more but, i'm a Wemma fan so, that made the episode for me.
CARL IN TIGHTS, SAM, WILL AND FINN SHIRTLESS, THANK YOU GLEE Dianna singing? LOVED IT. WHY do they not let her sing more? __________________

I liked this episode WAY more than I thought I would. It had some of the best performances by the group EVER. this is the sort of thing they should've done for finals, not the *throw your hands in the air and walk side by side* stuff. Dianna's voice was FANTABULOUS. And OMG! I LOVE CARL. I've liked Carl/Emma WAY better than Will/Emma since the episode where he took Will to the side and actually had a mature discussion about their feelings for Emma. That's what Emma needs, and I'm glad Will realized that at the end. I didn't like how he tricked her into doing that number half way through the episode. but I love that she and Carl have a "full disclosure policy". His speech to Will was made of win. And he can sing/dance, too. I'm gonna be so sad when the writers come up with something ridiculous to ruin him to make way for Willma.
SUE, how I love thee. Her halloween bit on Sue's corner was golden. And I love her scenes with Becky. And I officially LOVE Becky. "give me chocolate or I'll cut you." Totally how I feel sometimes. The Finn/Sam storyline was interesting as well. Very few shows touched on male's physical insecurities, so that was great. And the Finn/Quinn fangirl in me SQUEALED when we got those two notes where their voices synchronized! Woot! Really enjoyed the last performance. Even though I hate RHPS. __________________

I enjoyed the ep! Really loved the last number with everyone getting to shine. Especially Quinn. ♥
Praise jesus Will is gonna back off Emma and let her be. As much as I love Wemma, he's making a damn fool of himself. And it's just not hot. Not to mention Emma isn't giving him any play at the moment. She seems really happy with Carl, so Will did the right thing. For now. And how many times are they gonna have Sam exposing his abs? It's been like 3 episodes now. Enough. He's not all that. __________________

I like RHPS, so I didn't have high expectations for this episode. Overall, I thought Glee's interpretation of the musical was kind of meh (but at least I knew that going in).
Things I liked: -The Costumes! Kurt looked amazing as RR. -Rachel and Finn were perfect as Brad and Janet. -Sam and Finn (and Artie) in the gym discussing their body issues. -Becky telling Will she was going to cut him if she didn't get some chocolate -Sue's pumpkin carving. -Damnit Janet was cute and well done (wish they hadn't cut it off). -Time Warp was awesome. By far the best song of the ep. Quinn looked great in her costume and her voice sounded good too. Things I didn't Like: -Too much focus on Will. I don't like how he never seems to learn anything week-to-week. These episodes illustrate how self-centered he is, and how sometimes he's a really bad teacher. I like rooting for him, but his jealousy of Carl and inappropriate scenes with Emma make me root against him. -Mercedes as FNF just did not work. Sweet Transvestite is one of my fav RH songs, and she kind of ruined it by changing it up too much. John Stamos should have been allowed to perform it, or they should have gotten rid of it altogether. -No Puck gets a boo from me. -Sue's plot was kind of lame. Those guys in suits visiting her office were annoying and not very funny. -Touch-a-touch was weirdly staged and kind of dumb. That's basically it. It sucks that we have to wait another two weeks for a new ep though (stupid baseball). |

Well let me be the first one here to say I LOVED WILL IN THIS EPISODE!!!!!!
While some here only want to hate on Will, I think it's important to understand he's not perfect. He's human. He should be allowed to make mistakes. This episode showed just how even with all the flaws you all so love to jump on, that Will can learn from his mistakes and own up to them and move on. HE IS A GOOD TEACHER! This kids respect him because despite his frailties he's the first one to admit when he's wrong and always makes it right in the end. That's the mark of a real man. Carl has been written so far as having no flaws. Perfect in every way. His characterization's sole purpose is show how different he is to his love rival for Emma. No other purpose than to further their story as the show's OTP. I appreciate that because I love to see how these characters grow and develop a stronger bond towards each other. Without characters like Carl and Terri etc, we'd have no development. The rest of the episode was fabulous. THIS is how you incorporate plot with an already established theme. Adam Shankman should be very proud of this accomplishment. Finally an episode I can be proud to download and watch over and over. __________________

So...I'm surprised I really liked this ep..Duets is still my number one in s2. but this might just be on second place
To start with the small things I didn't like... Will, I'm sorry but he was just.... Artie....bb I just to love you but..."Yeah earlier today Artie asked if he could make a gigantic omlet when I’m done with the ostrich eggs I’m smuggling in my bra" ... idk..i couldn't even laugh at that... Okay moving on... Sam and Carl - I usually hate it when they bring in new people...but these two guys are just ... wow. Carl's number was by far the best one..(gave me so many flashbacks to Uncle Jesse) and I always love it when the kids just get up and dance...having fun.. YES PLEASE.. Sam - Dear lord boy, never wear a shirt! Santana - "Why because that look was last season" "wanky" LOOL, love this girl sfm Sue - Gah I love this woman! Perfect in all ways possible "When little boys dress up like little girls, and little girls dress up like whores" "Um that's incredible rude" "Is it? Guys whisper behind our back on how we girls look everyday, they objectifies all the time" FIERCE!BB!QUINN...speaking of..loved the last performance..Cory, Chris and Dianna killed it! Made me wish for a Kurt/Quinn duet <3 A+++ the small SQ moments, the small Quinn/Carl sequence in Carl's number, Brittana dancing in the hallway, Mercedes/Kurt/Quinn in DJ, Mercedes overall, the small random Finn/Sam scenes <3 __________________

I wasn't feeling this episode. Something felt off. I'm not a RHPS fan, so that might have had something to do with it. I wanted to see more character and story development. Next week looks better.

As wrong as Will was to press his case with Emma like he did in this episode, I think that Emma is wrong to shove her relationship with Carl in his face like she does, knowing that he loves her, and always mentioning how great Carl is, and how he's opening her up to new things, blah, blah, blah. I think she should be more considerate of his feelings, and I also think that Will should move on from her. At this point, I'm really sick of their relationship.

I thought this episode was amazing definitely my favorite yet.
First off! Finchel: OMG, I just adored them in this episode. They were the perfect Brad & Janet and I loved how Rachel consuled Finn about his body image issues and I loved the hug at the end of the rehearsal and it was so sweet. Damn, It Janet was AMAZING this has got to be my favorite song of the episode. I also loved how they were always doing something lovey-dovey like holding hands or standing very close together especially in their respective Brad & Janet roles. Can I just say that Cory look fantastic really he looks like a million bucks and he really did work hard on those abs that are seriously to die for. The songs: Damn, It Janet: Again this was amazing, Cory & Lea were great playing these characters and this song was perfectly done. Definitely my favorite of the episode. Science Fiction Double Feature: Great choice for this song and even though Santana pissed me off in the episode I really liked the beginning of this episode. Good song! Sweet Transvestite: Amber frekin Riley you are God. This was amazing, she was amazing and I think now that i've seen this episode this song has become one of my favorites. The Time Warp: This really was fantastic, Chris, Cory and Dianna were great on this and I really do love this version. Touch A, Touch A, Touch Me: This was really really good I love Jayma's voice and the scene was really hot. And yes Wemma do still have great chemistry. There's A Light: Lea, amazing I loved the little Finchel part in this song and Chris was amazing as he always is. Whatever Happened To Saturday Night: John Stamos again this was fabulous and he is fabulous and I really love this song John has a great voice it never gets old hearing him sing. -------------------------------------------------------------- Everything else! Wemma: I enjoyed them tonight but again Will needs to back off and let Emma be with Carl. I do still like Wemma cause there is lots of chemistry together and I know they will be together at some point in the series. But, seriously back off Will. Carma: I love them, I loved the dancing during WHTSN and I think they are very cute together. Sam: I think his words came back to bite him because he said one thing about having all this confadence but yet later in the episode he's not all that convident about himself. Sam,Finn,Artie: I loved this scene cause I love the guy talks and I love that they can talk about anything and yet atleast one of them will be wrong but will realize it later. Mike: I liked that he stepped up to play Frankenfooter but I kinda wanted to see him play this role. Kinda disappointing! Brittany was in top notch as usual with her one liners. But Satana has to chill with her attitude and it's pissing me off. I loved that Sue's Corner is back it was so funny when she was talking about the little boys and girls dressing up for Halloween. And finally, Barry Bostrick and Meat Loaf were great guest stars and wow Meat Loaf looks great. Can't wait for the next episode and Puck's return. __________________
