Glee is about opening yourself up to joy ♥
Glee Celebrates ;
3 years on Fanforum
i've never been good with words for testimonials,
they always seem forced and have to be perfect
and it's a lot of pressure to compete with a lot
of people that have a way with words so here
it goes : none of the current moderators were
moderator from the beginning so first of all
a big thank you to Caitlin, Haylie, Hannah,
Michelle, Jessica, Vette, Nikki and Meltem.
We are honored that we can continue the
work you people did so fantastically.
Secondly are we so proud that even after
3 long and dramatic (sometimes cometic)
years we still have such incredible posters
who are willing to put up with the insaneness
of Glee and its fandom. To close of with all
the cliches of a testimonial : This board feels
like an insane family and we wouldn't have
it any other way. Here's to lots more years.
Leyla, Mel and Noelle
some words from our posters;
I just love Kevin for his awesomeness.
How he (and Harry) convinced Ryan to let them do MJ.
He's such good friends with everyone and proposed to Naya that
she'd be his best friend for the rest of their lives.
He's an amazing uncle to his two nieces and nephew.
Not to forget Artie's killer dance moves.
There's many, many more reasons to love The Fragile One.

I've been a fan of Darren Criss almost as long as of Glee, so around 2009.
I love the way he just doesn't care what people think of him
and if he wants to act goofy with his friends, that's exactly what he will do.
He really stands up for what he believes in and I admire him for that.
Then he came on Glee and just stole my heart all over again with his voice and perfectness
He took on his role on Glee so perfectly and with ease,
he wanted to mean something to people so bad and now he means so much to a lot of us.
And Blaine is this sweet guy that just had the complete world against him.
And then he found Kurt and I just love how ... truly innocent Blaine can be.
The way he lays his heart on the line for his friends and family is truly beautiful.
His passion is much like Darren's although they are completely different,
Blaine has that puppy dog look that will break you heart,
but Darren has that smolder that will just melt it completely.

I first saw Lea years back when I went to see Spring Awakening.
I remember being awed by her voice and admiring
how passionate she was playing the character of Wendla.
I still feel the same today every time I see/hear her sing
and during every episode of Glee when I see her play Rachel Berry.
She's beautiful, hilarious, inspiring, kind, and all around incomparable.
She's so comfortable and confident with herself, and
her happiness and laughter are seriously contagious.
I adore Rachel Berry, and I'll probably never have another favorite TV characer.
I really could go on for hours about her, so I'll shut up now and
let you all see me squee about her everywhere else on this board.

First time I saw Harry was in Step Up 2
and I just fell in love with his dancing.
His talent is so incredible and his feel untamable.
When I then saw that it was the same guy on Glee,
I was so excited. He could bring the moves that
Glee and New Directions was still missing and
boy, did he. The sheer amount of time that I would just
focus on Mike's dancing is almost embarrassing...
And then he started speaking, then he had storylines,
then he started singing and every episode I fell
more and more in love with the Other Asian.
Not just a football player dancing his room anymore.

I'm not the biggest fan but Tina's been one of my favorites since the beginning.
Like Rachel Berry, She's incredibly talented. In the episode "Props",
Tina/Jenna stole the spotlight of the entire episode for me which is pretty amazing.

Sam is the most down to earth sweetheart
who just captured my heart the moment he came in the picture.
I would never thought that I would like a new character coming on glee
after a season was over because I tend to warm up to new characters slowly and some got lucky,
some don't. But since this is glee,
I never thought I would warm up to Sam right away but he did without trying.
He was just amazing and one of my favorite character besides few on this show.
His friendship with Finn and Puck melt my heart.
I love him with everybody because I don't usually like a new character with everybody
but Sam sure is an exceptional.
I love his friendships and relationships on this show.
When I found out that he was gone in the beginning of season three,
my heart really broke for him and I really missed him so much on my screen
but boy am I so glad that writers finally wisened up to get him back again
because he was the best thing that happened to this show.
I hope to see more amazing storyline he'll get this season
because he deserves to have his own storyline that's all about him and his future.

I love Quinn Fabray because of the flawfree human being (Dianna Agron, who else?) playing her.
The determination, strength, and yet subtle vulnerability that Dianna has
are also characteristics that she has given to Quinn.
Quinn Fabray was the first character on this show that I fell in love with,
and she became my reason for continuing to watch this show.
No other tv character will ever match her in my mind!

Cory Monteith is a celebrity like no other. Over the course of glee,
I've fallen in love with everything about him, from his sense of humour
to his amazing looks to his admirable talents to his humble personality, and so on.
He truly shines with his inspiring life-story, down-to-earth persona,
and work ethnic towards all his roles, band, and causes.
He brings my Finny Bear to life every week with extraordinary acting.
He plays Finn so well that I often find myself reacting to his scenes much stronger than I do with anyone else,
whether it is with tears or laughter.
It probably also has to do with the fact that Finn Hudson is a truly relatable character,
from his insecurities about himself and his future to his loveable innocent naivety.
I know that no matter what happens on the show,
I will always root for Finn and know he has an amazing future ahead of himself.

Chris Colfer is a real inspiration to me.
He is one of the youngest cast members yet he has accomplished so much.
He is a star on Glee, wrote a book and has Struck By Lightning coming out!
He has brought so much the character Kurt Hummel
that you can clearly see his journey through the three seasons so far.
Season 1 had a defensive and slightly insecure Kurt. Season 2 we started to see more
of his inner confidence shine through he is out
and proud and has a great group of friends who love and support him.
Season 3 Kurt wasflying high with being in a reltionship,
focused on getting to New York and with Nationals and Graduation he had a lot going on.
I don't think not getting into NYADA will stop Kurt from following his dreams
he will get to New York it is just a case of when and how!

Mercedes is adored because she is one of the most genuine, loving and caring girls in the Glee club.
She's fiercely loyal, an amazing friend, and accepting of people.
Mercedes is admirable as she recognizes she is not without fault and
displays integrity that is not often seen in her age group.
She can be brutally honest and sometimes judgmental, however it is not laced with malicious intent or mean-spiritness.
Besides being a beautiful person on the inside, she's also stunning on the outside and has her own unique style.
She's an exquisite vocalist with an immaculate vocal range.
Known primarily as a "belter" however she has proven to conquer several genres of music.
Her voice has a richness and power that comes few times in a lifetime.

As Santana herself once said, she keeps it real, and she's hilarious.
Santana's dialogue is some of the best on the show.
She is not afraid to tell people what they need to hear.
She may be abrasive, but at the end of the day, she loves her friends
no matter what she says.
She is the perfect balance of sweet, sassy, and snarky.
The most obvious reason that I love Naya is because of her triple threat talent.
Her voice is ridiculous, and her facial expressions and line delivery truly make Sanana real.
I admire her drive, dedication, and hard work.
She seems like a truly fun person, and her personality is magnetic. Glee is lucky to have her.
I am truly proud of her.

How do I begin to describe Heather Morris.
Back when I started watching the show, there was a blonde cheerleader in the background with no last name,
and hardly anylines, But with what she did get, she was the Queen of deadpan delivery,
and her one liners became one of my favourite things about glee.
Whether it's phenomenal, flawless dancing or one liners, Heather/Brittany kept me tuning in.
Heather is like that cool, quirky friend you coud only wish to meet.

Awww, Emma. From the moment she came onto the screen, I loved her.
She's such a small, quiet force on the show, but is so vital to its core.
Ever since she appeared in the pilot, she has cheered on Will, supported the kids,
and reminded everyone on what's morally right when no one else could remember.
I was so excited when Will proposed to her, because after all she's been through,
all of her struggles and hardships, she deserved every single bit of that performance.
And Jayma--what a sweetheart. She is so adorable and funny
and such a joy to watch in BTS videos and in interviews.
Emma/Jayma is such a wonderful addition to the show,
and I have truly loved watching her in every scene.

What I love the most about Mark Salling is that
he is a very down to earth guy who loves his family, loves fans,
loves birds and loves playing disc golf.
I also really love how passionate he is about his work
whether it’s his role as Noah Puckerman on Glee or if it’s his music.
He always puts everything into it and that is something that is very admirable.
The reason why Noah Puckerman is my favorite character on the show is
because he has really grown up so much since we first met him.
He always does things for his glee friends
and the glee club because he wants to and not because he has to.

Mr Shue may have a butt chin and elf infested hair
and is one of the whitest white boy rappers ever, but thats why we love him.
Matthew is a Broadway star a Tv Star, a recording artist and we are sure there will be
more in the future from this triple threat performer.
Sophie {dirtydiana} __________________
Sue has not always been the nicest character or the best teacher.
Yet when she does step up as a role model,
those have been the teaching moments that have most stuck with me over 3 seasons.
These moments come often in her role as coach of the Cheerios
and the way she takes care of her girls (and Kurt).
For instance, Sue instills self worth and a sprinkling of feminism in her cheerleaders.
This is a lesson so crucial for girls that age.
Moreover, while Glee as a show stands for acceptance and equality,
Sue has been one of the few to go further by treating Becky with
the same vicious scorn she uses for everyone else.
This is all Becky has ever wanted.
Surprisingly, she became one of Kurt's strongest allies both against bullies (not including herself)
and even against his friends.
There are some messages like tolerance, loyalty and friendship that
numerous characters on Glee broadcast loud and clear.
I love Sue for often being the only voice espousing other equally valuable ones.
At these times, she is by far the best teacher at McKinley.
Tough love is still love.
