She has said one of the reasons she came out to LA was to try and get a guest spot on Grey's. She didnt even care if she was just a random extra getting pushed on a gurney just as long as she was on the show.

So I'm watching the Glee Comic Con Panel and I love how the fans keep saying "Hi Lea!" before they ask questions, I'm at the part where Matt's Like "I'm just gonna go" and gives his mic to Lea and she's like "stop it!... Pour me some water" lmao they're so cute. I love herrrr.

i thought it was funny when one fan said "any of the actors can answer.. " and then it was pretty much just a broadway question.. so only matt or lea could really answer..
