In regards to whose solo it is now.. I don't know. Quinn got it at the end of episode 2. Rachel quit Glee in episode 4, then at the beginning of episode 5, Quinn is singing it with Finn, and then a little later in episode 5 (before Rachel is back in the club) Finn calls it Rachel's solo. I think this just showed us that Finn still considered it to be Rachel's part.

But regardless, we know that when they sing it again it'll be Finn and Rachel as leads.

One thing I don't understand with this scene.. they've just come from the choir room, and have their chat, but then after Finn knows they're back in the choir room and everyone is still there.
