I wouldn't say you can only watch it once because I've watched this several times. But the ending does change how you watch the movie.
There was a movie that came out around 2009ish that the end is very similiar to this and I can never remember the name of the movie.  __________________

Well yeah I have seen it more than once but you sort of lose the feeling of wonder which is what I loved about it so much upon my first ever watch. Can't say I recognise the movie your mentioning.
Well I got the same feeling while watching the shining again as well __________________
