Mariah Carey Promotes Precious

Mariah Carey and husband Nick Cannon make an appearance together at the Late Show with David Letterman on Monday (November 9) in New York City.

The 39-year-old singer’s new film, Precious, took in $1.8 million in box office sales despite running in just 18 theaters throughout the United States. Precious is based on a novel by Sapphire called Push. The film itself takes place in Harlem, and shows the life of a disadvantaged teen that has struggled through life up to that point.

Mariah recently announced she will be performing live at New York’s famous Madison Square Garden for a special New Year’s Eve performance.

I really want to go to that Madison Square Garden concert but it looks like I won't. It sucks cause I really want to see this on New Years Eve.

She's always wears these kind of clothes. It's nothing new for her!
