That's why I prefer owning them on DVD. Keep them forever!

That's great. I really need to rewatch this. Especially with Superman being real big right now.

I was on my Smallville rewatch though I haven't watched it in a few weeks, I'm currently watching Supergirl. I'm so into this universe right now.

One of my favourite LnC scenes.

It would been about 10 years ago I had a friend that was a huge Superman fan and loved Smallville and would make us watch the seasons when we hanged out. I've seen quite a bit of the early seasons. I was under the impression that it got weird/or a lot of people didn't like the later seasons. But I do wwant to watch the show. Wish it was streaming on Netflix.

I decided to go back and watch Supergirl. But I will probably have to wait until the end of summer since both On Demand and Hulu does that stupid thing where they only have available for free the latest 5 episodes and this was recent so I couldn't see the first half of the season. Hopefully it goes on Netflix.

It's not that Smallville got weird, but the mid seasons definitely dropped a bit. S6's overall feel was soap opera esque, and we all got tired of the Clexana triangle. S7 suffered the writers strike and only had 20 episodes, which was why it wasn't as great a season as it should have been. By S8 things picked up again. So it's definitely worth the watch to the end.

Which triangle was that?

Pointless to have a triangle since we all know he ends with Lois. Altough like in Arrow him and Laurel aren't end game and they were together in the comics.

My bf said he's pretty sure that Lois Lane is suppose to be a red head. I always assumed she had short brown hair from Lois and Clark.

The Clexana triangle (Clark, Lana and Lex). Yeah it was pointless. I don't mind triangles if they only last a few episodes but Clexana lasted the whole season. I always thought Lois was dark haired.

Ahh I knew it was Clark and Lanna but couldn't figure out the third one.

Yeah I made a comment about her hair in the Batman vs Superman movie and I forgot what he said when I said Lois had dark hair in Lois and Clark and said he's pretty sure she's meant to have red hair.

I've been more used to Lois being a brunette though, so that's how I see her.

Same here.

What was she in Smallville? Brunette?

I'm curious. I may look up to see what color hair she had in the comics.

Well, she was more of a grey/blonde (even though Erica was naturally a brunette) to begin with from S4. I think they had her dye her hair cause Lana was dark haired. She dyed it back to brunette in S8.

This from wikipedia

Quote:
Lois' appearance has varied over the years, depending either on contemporary fashion, or media adaptations. For instance, in the mid-1990s, when the television series Lois & Clark: The New Adventures of Superman began airing, Lois received a haircut that made her look more like actress Teri Hatcher, and her eyes were typically violet to match her character on the animated television series Superman: The Animated Series, after that show began airing. Traditionally, the character has black hair, though for a period from the late 1980s through the late 1990s, Lois was depicted with reddish brown hair in the comics.

It was very different at the time, and they added a lighter touch to the show. Those two had great chemistry and it really worked on screen.

Thanks for the fond memories.
