Steve did have a good development.
 I can't remember a lot of non romantic storylines so I'm not sure what my answer would be.  __________________

Steve became my 2nd fav character after Brandon - I wasn't a fan of him in the first 2 seasons but I started to like him after the seasons went on...same cannot be said regarding Kelly, she went the opposite direction for me. But Donna remains my worst character despite being this goody two shoes "too good to be true" character

Dylan was my favorite character for the first 2 seasons, then he went downhill after that.
My best to worst are: 1 Brandon 2 Steve 3 Brenda 4 Valerie 5 Clare 6 David 7 Dylan 8 Andrea 9 Kelly 10 Donna __________________

Walsh family are fantastic - they are the reason why I watch this show. Without them, there is no 90210 IMO

I actually did not like any couples post Brandon - just about tolerate Donna/David and Steve/Janet. All my favorite couples went after Brandon left. Didn't like Matt and Noah either
