Yeah, but Vanessa can't keep teetering that line. She can't keep half assing things... it makes her objective unclear. Why is there an internal struggle? What keeps her from wanting to go all the way? She tends to keep her feelings bottled up until it explodes and then she acts out... why? There's just so much to work with and the writers have no clue what to do with her.

It would be nice if they developed that, but they won't. Because internal conflict is not happening unless your a Humphrey.

Vanessa's not an evil person. I think when she thinks about things, she can realize something's not right. She made impulsive choices when she saw the photos.

I would LOVE for Vanessa to be the one to figure out Juliet's plan. I think it would really work with her character.

I want that too.

I think that's why I was loving Vanessa in the previous ep because she was taking the initiative and setting things in motion. Not believing in Jules "I'm poor" excuse. In this last ep, she was taking orders like a good little soldier and that doesn't sit well with me. She's too opinionated to not have an input and it's not like she hasn't successfully schemed before...

I just think the scheme itself was HORRIBLE and I'm glad Vanessa didn't have more in it.

I guess Juliet was proving to be more crazy thn she anticipated? I mean, V's done some things, but it's never included drugging someone/getting them expelled...

in the last scene V seems to really think Juliet is her friend,she is only going to be hurt again.

I get that drugging S was taking it too far and that VJ were unaware the lenghts Jules will go to in order to destroy Serena.

I guess it's just frustrating to see V being played again... at least that's where the direction seems to be going in.
