Yeah,I thought they would tell a story behind it,something about the witches coming from New Orleans but the witch cult they seem to practice is european with no mix with the african cult and santeria

Yeah, I have heard a bunch of those "Jess/Vanessa is only there because they need a black person on the show." Excuse me? That doesn't make any sense. Goes to show that society hasn't really changed.

I can rarely find anyone to legit-ly explain why they hate Vanessa. Because she was introduced in 1x06 and was a "threat" to DS? Because she stole Jenny's letter (really, in the scheme of THIS show, THAT is the worst thing ever?), she slept with Chuck? Cry me a river. None of that stuff is an actual answer to all the hate. She has no storylines and is just there? THAT IS THE WRITERS! That's not Vanessa's fault nor Jessica's.

What I love is then the complete...LOVE for Juliet. Like, for real? I mean, Katie is amazing, but I don't want her back. Are you kidding me? THE GIRL DRUGGED SERENA. LEFT HER TO FIGURE IT OUT ON HER OWN! At least Georgina took Serena back to her place and was there in the morning. Juliet > Vanessa? HOW IN THE **** DOES THAT MAKE ANY SENSE??!?!

The TVD thing is really wrong if you think about it.The witches are somehow vamps servants,every powerful vamp has a witch

To this day I have yet to read a valid reason. Vanessa is not perfect by any means and she is more a product of the writers lack of creativity with her character. I hate to say it, but also Jess dating Ed added to the irrationality.

It was completely out of character! Season one Vanessa and Dan would never act that way

I'm curious to see Dan cursing her name in vain when the show returns. As long as we get some REFERENCES, I should be happy...but depends on how much dissing of Vanessa there is...
