I wish I could be more active, but I'm taking 5 classes this semester and working. Somehow we need to attract more posters. The decline in GG isn't helping matters either.

I totally understand about school, B. I've got 3 classes (+ 2 labs), an internship, and a job. (And three boards...)

I don't know how we can recruit more posters. This fandom is not friendly for Jess.

I want her movies to get more people around, but we need the movies to come out.

If anyone knows any fans, try to let them know. We have some LJ comms? Maybe get to network there?

sigh. well the truth is, i dont come across all that many Jess fans, and GG is not helping. She's barely on, and a bulk of our conversations came from her interactions there. Then there's the fact that people arent just watching anymore, esp the V fans, they've given up. Even the Jess Tumblr isn't doing as well as it used to then there's also the fact that people are posting elsewhere.. Tumblr, LJ, etc...

and then, me, im not online as much anymore, ive got other obligations on other sites... i don't think we'll eter the triple digits.

I think we need a gossip girl general discussion thread to talk about the show when V isn't in it.

It seems like in general Gossip Girl is loosing popularity,the SS thread is really slow now when it used to be hard to keep it track of it and the episode discussion thread in the main board too,the LJ talk too,I think the only really active LJ is blairwaldorfs.

And of course we are on the short end of the stick

honestly i appreciate this. there are boards with stupid high numbers that ive visited where you'd go through 4 or 5 pages on a thread of pointless comments.

at this point, Jess is as good a movie celeb. Movie Celeb boards are generally slower cos the celebs aren't active every week.. i think we're moving along great for a board with only 4 or 5 active posters and little stuff to go on. It would be nice if everyone tried to post a little bit more, but like karla said, after a while of no stuff what are you going to say?
